"As long as you execute the agreements and live up to your end of the bargain, you should be fine, no matter what happens after that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There are a number of ways to achieve the same goal. Of course continue to follow the law and ethical guidelines as you always have and you'll be just fine. Not that I'd be concerned about the contrary happening, though."
