"At the the time I was there, communication bettween Departments was always an issue. But, it was somenthing that they were working on improving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If it is not in place. There should be a Communications Managers. A a person that serves as a link bettween all the departments. There sole purpose is to bridge all internal informations from every department. This would avoid reumors and speculations. A more productive working order."
