"I love the atmosphere of CDW. People are absolutely amazing and I have grown really close with everyone on my team and people on other teams. It's fun and exciting."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to do a lot of cold calling. It's not for everyone."

What don't you like about working at CDW Corp.?

"The sales job itself. I believe not veryone is made to sell. Even though I am not bad at what I do, and I have closed some major deals with my customers, I still think I am better off in the mortgage industry or something similar."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They have been nothing but great. I think they couldn't be any better."

"If you are not a brown-noser, CDW is not for you."

"Free cold breakfast on Tuesdays. Free stuff from vendors. Air-conditioning."

What don't you like about working at CDW Corp.?

"Micro-managing bosses, draconian policies that dictate impossible goals, racism, discrimination, verbal abuse, fighting words, an overpowering dedication to the failure of those employees not blessed through a corrupt sense of favoritism, and nepotism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean management house, and revamp policies."
