Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I have one tip only: RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!"

What don't you like about working at Career Care Institute?

"The Campus Director runs the nursing dept even though she is not a nurse. She is, however, the owner's daughter-in-law.She tries to bribe the students into keeping mum about nursing board violations, and fires teachers at least bi-weekly. Schedules are done WEEKLY and changed at midnight (with text alerts). Constant staff turn-over leads to chaos, and many of the teachers who stay are paranoid and engage in dysfunctional beahvior. I am looking for work elsewhere and will leave ASAP!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe you have cut off communication with your staff and only listen to each other. You need management members who have actually studied management theory and understand the importance of positive commuinication and motivation. I believe your organization will implode if you don't wise up and treat your teaching staff like the talented professionals they are!"
