What do you like about working at Catholic Health Initiatives?

"You will get along with your co-workers because you will be united in working your butt off and having nothing to show for it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not interview. There is better companies out there. I promise."

What don't you like about working at Catholic Health Initiatives?

"Most people here get paid hourly. $13.00 to start. It increases 50 cents per year. There is no room for advancement. You get no time off. If you take off the day off... even if it is an emergency you will get a warning. 3 warnings equals possible termination. Very stressful environment. Low pay, no room for advancement, little time off, very stressful."

"Treat employees respectfully. Management acts as if this is a sweat shop."
