"stupid lying bosses, bad hours, high amount of turnovers. Always understaffed to save money."

"Fire my direct boss and give everyone more stable hours. Instead of having 4 people that are 1/2 days and 1/2 nights I would make 2 of them days and 2 of them nights."

"It used to fun each day, new admin was brought in, many Dr's have left, nurse's have left, support staff have left. The hospital is in money trouble, considering merger with one of 3 or 4 others in Balt. area.Can't stand the working conditions anymore."

"They are running managed health care into the ground here in Maryland due to the overbearingcontrol over even to smallest items in everyday medical and offical management."

"Drop the pretense of being on everyone's side and truly listen to your people. We deal with the clientsand try to do what's best for them. The BOSS only wants what BEST FOR THE BOTTOM LINE!!"

"You will get along with your co-workers because you will be united in working your butt off and having nothing to show for it."

"Do not interview. There is better companies out there. I promise."

"Most people here get paid hourly. $13.00 to start. It increases 50 cents per year. There is no room for advancement. You get no time off. If you take off the day off... even if it is an emergency you will get a warning. 3 warnings equals possible termination. Very stressful environment. Low pay, no room for advancement, little time off, very stressful."

"Treat employees respectfully. Management acts as if this is a sweat shop."
