"CHI was a great place to work until they outsourced all of IT to Wipro. Wipro has no troubleshooting skill at all. They have basic administrators that when a ticket is opened contact Microsoft or other software company they have an account with. I was offered a year contract extension if I would report to Wipro. I refused."
