"It was highly stressful, numerous occasions of backstabbing by others to get ahead, and management having no idea of what they're in charge of strictly being based on their educational background for the positions they hold and lacking common sense."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let their subordinates perform their assigned duties without trying to micro manage them, and having no idea of what they're actually in charge of!"
