"NO, besides when working with customers make sure they are satisfied with your service because you never know who may be testing you."

"There is not much that I did not like except the fact I had to relocate to attend school."

"The front end manager's were too demanding and watched your every move."

"The fact that I get a pay check; other than that, absolutely nothing."

"One piece of advice to candidates: make Wal-Mart your last resort if possible."

"The worst thing about working at Wal-Mart are the customers and management. Customers are rude, careless, ignorant, and obnoxious. Whenever you receive a customer complaint, you are basically subject to being automatically wrote up of fired without questioning. I hate dealing with customers on any level."

"I would change several things about the company as a whole starting at the foundation. The stores are chaotic and are not are ran by competent people."

"Make sure they understand what is expected of them, and make sure they get their breaks, sometimes we did not get a break."

"I had to work different shifts, evenings, holidays and weekends."

"Listening to the employee needs, being more respectful to others."

"I liked eating the samples of food that I made, even though we weren't supposed to!"

"Act enthusiastic about standing on your feet making samples and keeping people happy for hours."

"It was a seasonal job, in the middle of a huge mall. The Christmas crowd is very demanding and rude, for the most part."

"I wouldn't have suspected everyone of stealing money when the drawer was a couple cents short."

"I really don't like how unorganized it is, and how we have to ask the customers many questions."

"I would not have the cashiers ask the customers so many questions."

"Be relaxed and be yourself. Answer questions honestly, as they will find out if you don't."

"I have to get a certain number of credits from customers."

"I would not have the cashiers ask so many questions to the customers."

"Working for a family friend, good discount on store goods, interactions with coworkers my age"

"Its a good place for a summer job or if you're looking to make some easy money. It's your typical retail position but the boss is wonderful and its all pretty basic work."

"The job can get boring after a while. Most employees are looking for a paycheck and not a fulfilling career. I want an environment that challenges me and pays well"

"I might try to get more feedback from employees, possibly mix jobs up so it didn't become monotonous on a day to day basis"
