What do you like about working at New York Life?

"I love the corporate culture. I have built relationships with the staff and agents alike that make the workplace a positive environment. I am acknowledged for my results and efficiency, and trusted with various tasks. I like that I am given the opportunity to learn something new each day, as I always extend a hand to any department that may be in need of assistance."

"For any individuals looking to be employed with New York Life, my suggestion would be to keep an open mind; be a blank slate. Take in as much as you can."

What don't you like about working at New York Life?

"I don't feel like there is much opportunity for me to grow at New York Life. I am looking for a company in the Marketing/Advertising industry that is strong and stable, one that I can build a future with. At New York Life, I feel as if my potential is very limited, and my true colors are not able to shine."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were part of the Management team at New York Life, I would change the procedures of some day-to-day operations that are not executed very efficiently as they are currently."
