"Company has invested in equipment to be able to address customer needs. The production team is a skilled and dedicated team with a drive to get what the customer needs. The senior team needs to have the confidence that those they have hired, can do their jobs and produce a quality product. That is where the company falls, no real commitment from the upper management team. Great company but needs some growing up."
