"I have worked at this company for less than a year after the Senior Management change in 2015. The new Senior Management is committed to creating and maintaining a positive work environment and supporting staff members with benefits and paid time off. I enjoy coming into work every day because all of the current staff members are teamwork-centered, hardworking, and supportive. I would recommend this company."

"Company has invested in equipment to be able to address customer needs. The production team is a skilled and dedicated team with a drive to get what the customer needs. The senior team needs to have the confidence that those they have hired, can do their jobs and produce a quality product. That is where the company falls, no real commitment from the upper management team. Great company but needs some growing up."
