"The company did not do anything they said they would do. I was not given the training, no the freedom to properly do my job. I was hired as an Outside Sales Rep, but was kept at the counter for inside sales, almost the entire time I was there."

"You need to allow your people, the freedom to negotiate prices with contractors if you want to compete in the commercial markets."
