"I liked working with the customers, helping them with there building needs."

What don't you like about working at Carter Lumber?

"The company did not do anything they said they would do. I was not given the training, no the freedom to properly do my job. I was hired as an Outside Sales Rep, but was kept at the counter for inside sales, almost the entire time I was there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You need to allow your people, the freedom to negotiate prices with contractors if you want to compete in the commercial markets."
