"The people in the IT department were very supportive of each other and worked hard to keep everyones moral up and stay productive"

What don't you like about working at Carlton Fields?

"The management team were full partnered lawyers who really were not computer savy and knew even less about electronic document management. The systems were new when I worked there and the lawyers didn't have a clue how much labor intensive the task of scanning, indexing, and entering attribute data into the system."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It has been 8 years since I left the firm, I hope they have learned more about the document management systems and outsourced the functions necessary to store all of the paper documents."
