"Expanded parking expertise and conducted studies for municipalities, performing arts centers, universities, private operations, hospitals, and airports. Had a target goal of 55 percent of his time billable to clients. The remainder of time was spent marketing all of Carl Walkers services (new parking structures, restoration, and studies and operations consulting). Used his vast network of airport contacts to build business relationships. Responsible for developing an airport marketing program."
