"The variety and innovation we were encouraged to take part in. If we saw something that needed to get done better, we were able to do it. This resulted in several awards on improvement and acknowledgment of accomplishments."

What don't you like about working at Cargill?

"Since our location was in Lake Oswego, OR and corporate HQ was in MNP. I traveled a lot and really enjoyed the various people and departments that I worked with."

"As they work to keep the strategic goals aligned be sure they communicate the adjustments."

"They are very stable and honest and very supportive. It was an honor working for them."

"The only drawback I had was too much moving around when my children were in high school"

"It's a good company and I like it very much. It's just because I move to US that I resigned. Otherwise I would continue to work for it in China."

"Revenue is not good. There're some cut off in cost"

"To have more communications with employees. To spend more on team building."

"I worked from home. I felt out of the loop when it came to certain interactions, stratagies at home office."

"Communication as a group and also communication with supervisors/management and myself on a one on one bases."
