What do you like about working at Cargill?

"Open positions are posted internally and they're willing invest in training to the right candidates. My location has a relaxed atmosphere. Many other locations do not."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find out what your salary band is ahead of time. Don't think HR and Accounting have your best interests in mind."

What don't you like about working at Cargill?

"They keep salaried employees at or just below the 25% for their job band. Lack of work life balance. Senior management does not protect its employees, but chooses to hide behind policies and catch phrases."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Protect all employees, not just the ones you are worried will sue. Quit overlooking your top performers. Pay based on job performance."
