"Ask for as much money as you can after your offer, because you might not see a raise after that."

What don't you like about working at University of Washington?

"The pay is lower than I would like, I wish I had more vacation, and I want to be able to work remotely 2 days per week or more, and it is REALLY stressful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would welcome and actively solicit innovative ideas from me, encourage staff to find work life balance, and grant more vacation time."
