"Change management - deal with reality support sales, and work to receive FDA approvals"

"For the most part, excellent co-workers. I don't ever remember doing someone else's work."

"If you don't have a LOT of experience, don't even bother applying. They will not even consider you. It doesn't matter, that you would do a better job than (and work harder than) the other candidates."

What don't you like about working at Cardiomedix?

"Their thinking is completely in the box. I seriously believe that they are not capable of thinking outside of the bounds of experience, and how things are traditionally done. That is a very dangerous/risky way to do business....as a company can miss out on potentially great employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember that education will always be more valuable than experience. Experience has NOTHING to do with how effective an employee will ULTIMATELY be to your company."
