"I have worked for the company Captain D's for 3 years. The company itself is a great company to work for, but when I got promoted to general manager I was moved to the Hattiesburg store, and of all the stores in the area, this is the one that receives the least amount of help, and direction from the area director. Many employees are allowed to breech company policy and it is often times overlooked by the area director, even after, I as the general manager tried to discipline the perpetrator."
