"I have world for Capital Group for 7 years as a senior applications developer. The direction of management is constantly changing. I have been under 7 managers, and great others not so much. The newest direction is to not develop in house. Most development has been outsourced and developers are now being asked to integrate with off the shelf and cloud solutions. Skills are eroding and no chance for advancement."

"Yes. I know that this company gave laid off to more than 600 people between March and June 2009....my husband was in the group. After working for almost 18 years........awesome!"

What don't you like about working at Capital Group?

"They are very cheap to pay. You need to work a lot for a few pennies. Also the atmosphere is very tense! You have 20 eyes on you all day long. Seems that people don't trust you to be honest and to do your work!.....wrong !Exist honest people!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less managers and supervisors....and more hand on the work. Stop with all the stupids meeting every 2 hours. We need people to complete projects, not to go to meeting to hear the manager's personal problems!"
