"I've worked for Capgemini America for more than 3 years where I found the company is very good taking care of employees with benefits, conducting meetings with the manager every week checking everything is good at the client location. Overall I would say it is a very good company to work. The only reason I am moving out of the company to be a full-time employee over a consultant."
