Senior Management Consultant

"I worked as a senior management consultant for 3 years at Capco. The employees were all good people who come from diverse backgrounds. The management is a bit old-school. It is difficult to navigate your way to new opportunities. Performance evaluations were, by design, very ambiguous"

"Capco is a great firm that cares about your interests and how to align those with the projection of your career. I was able to network easily and create a brand for myself that set the standards of my deliverables. Compared to other consulting firms, I would say Capco employees have a bit more flexibility. The only downside is that the projects can become somewhat repetitive because of the size of the company. For example, if you become a product manager within the wealth management arm, the client asks to become similar and the clients are pretty much the same."
