"Generally speaking I would have loved to have this job permanently, but it was only a temp position as I know I was moving out of state, so this position was good while it lasted, loved working with those employees, they were all positive employees and very caring, that was a dept that dealt with compensation and oh! they were on point to make sure their clients are satisfied on a weekly basis, not to mention approving medication and all, they were a caring group of people."

"What I did not like about working at New York State Insurance is to see people who really need the help sometimes suffer because of unfair people who tried to cheat the system."

"Keep on doing whatever they are doing to keep their employees Happy the way they are."

"The training was lacking, the management was incompetent, the pay was low, they said that there was medical when we went for the interview, but in training they advised us it's only supplementary and we needed to find our own comprehensive plan."
