"Contrarary to what I thought when I accepted the postion, there is no room for advancement."

"To make make room for advancement for those who excel at their current position."

"Wish call center was more advances that we could require residents to install Logmein or another program that could allow us to see their compuer"

"Management is great - those of us doing our jobs are rewarded with bonuses and pay incentives. They don't let non-performers stay very long so everyone that stays are good workers."

"Be sincere - Players get thrown out pretty quickly so if you are a slacker you probably want to go work somewhere else."

"The only thing I don't like is I have to work a day every weekend. But I have a day off during the week which works out well too."
