"I love the call center environment. It is fast-paced and never a dull moment. I enjoy partnering with the union to come to mutually beneficial solutions. In my opinion, Kaiser as an organization is wonderful to work for."

"Do not get discouraged with the amount of change when it comes from the physicians. Remember that we work for them as much as we do our members."

What don't you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?

"Sometimes due to the size of the organization and government regulations, change can be very slow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When possible, keep up with the reward and recognition programs! They are motivating to the front line staff."

"Stick to a plan and stop the wavering and changes that occurred constantly. There is no stability and consistent direction."

"No. I was given the impression of job security and it was not my reality."

What don't you like about working at Accenture?

"They used my ideas and employees state-side to train employees in Canada and close our center without notice and moved operation."
