What do you like about working at SmartMoney.com?

"The culture was really nice. It was a .com and at that time it was very casual. The work was always busy and there never seemed to be a dull day there."

What don't you like about working at SmartMoney.com?

"There was unfortunately little opportunity. Towards the end there were many layoffs and there were no other options open for someone in my position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Aloow employees to expand their roles and move into other functions to grow in the company."

What do you like about working at Aames Home Loans?

"I really liked the people I worked with, but mostly I thrived on being able to help the customers attain their financial goals by working with me."

What don't you like about working at Aames Home Loans?

"It was a good old boys club. I was the only femalel manager on my level and took quite a bit of ridacule and was held to different standards."

What don't you like about working at H&R Block?

"Too many hours for the pay for salaried employees; constantly reorganizing; industry is not in a growth phase."

What do you like about working at CTS Corp.?

"My co workers and the experience of working with different co workers from various countries."

"Ask if there will be opportunity to advance with in the company outside a call center environment"

"Great environment, good training and opportunities for growth. Good leadership, great benefits including free services"

"Yes, as in all interviews, present the skills and knowledge you possess as it fits the job requirements. Be very honest."

"Always, look or hear both sides of an issue, before making a judgment on what direction to follow."
