"A wonderful job they did with hiring a General Manager who enjoyed working with her employees that someone else hired. She understood when time was of importance, not just to us but to the customer as well."

"If you are white, the sky's the limit. If you are a talented minority, don't bother."

"The leaders have very small business sense. They hire, promote, & recognize based solely on race. Talented individuals are pushed aside because they look a certain way and belong to a certain gender."

"Be more open minded."

"Go find a company that is loyal to their workers. If you have a family, you do not want to work there. They are only thinking about the stockholders and will fabricate the $ percentage to make their goal commitments and let their workers suffer for it."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Communications?
"I dislike the politics and the BS that goes on at the Wentzville Center with the favoritism that the company shows to only a handful of people whom they like. The rest are considered disposable, no matter how long or hard they work for them."

"They need to get rid of those people who think they are above the standards of the company policy and can do as they want to loyal, hard-working employees."

"The office in Goose Creek closed. You would need to go to St. Louis, Mo. Be prepared for not much in terms of salary."

"Don't depend so much on talktime numbers, depend instead on what the customer says."
