"They didn't care about the employee as much as they did about the bottom line."

"The people within the company have been very helpful and respectful of me and other new employees. Wants you to grow and CACI will help you get there."

"Just be yourself, confident, honest, and don't be afraid to have a conversation of interest in the position you're interviewing for."

"There is not much of anything bad to say about this company. Sometime there is too much annual chaining to do but that's my opinion."

"CacI from what I can tell has a standard process of hiring the managers of the company. The company managers have to be experienced, self motivated, willing to continue education, and a willingness to help others."

"CACI does the best to retain their employees, even if a contract is reorganized and certain position must go, the HR department goes miles out their way to position their employees at a new contract."

"As with all interviews, I suggest that the interviewee present themselves with confidence and simply explain how a position in the company would be a benefit to them."

"Some company policies don't seem to be geared towards keeping the employees happy."

"I do not have enough to do. There are times where I am bored. Also, job security is an issue."

"Management made unreasonable demands of one individual in one job. Wherein they expected the individual to perform many different skills expected of many different labor categories."

"Hire the correct people for the specific labor categories required. Create synergy from economy of scale and diversity."

"I like the way that the technical challenges never end. You are always challenged and therefore you always grow and learn."

"Be flexible. They need people who are willing and able to move from project to project (depending on the whims of the Federal government). Just be ready for an exciting time."

What don't you like about working at CACI?

"Government contracting means you are likely to change projects every year. This can be challenging but it is also the same reason why you are able to learn and grow as much as you do there."

"Just keep it up."
