"They didn't understand network consulting/sales market (they are an electrical contractor) and had trouble adapting to different customer expectations."

"To be successful as network consulting/VAR they would have had to split consulting/sales away from traditional low-bid electrical model."

"Shave, Shower, ware a suit or at least dress nice. Don't lie no matter what. Be prepared to take a drug test. Don't worry when HR treats you like a number and not a person."

"Take better care of your employees.......Ever wonder why you have such a high turn over rate Unless you are upper management you cant afford to buy a house....raise a family....Why would you stay Its hard to work knowing that your job is NEVER safe."
