"c3controls is a very good place to work with nice benefits and salary."
"c3controls is a very nice place to work in Beaver, PA."
"I was hired by c3controls to become a product manager / project manager to communicate with customers on their application or issues and to manage the new product projects. I was not fully trained in this position which led to my downfall in the company. I had to communicate with customers daily on products I was not trained on fully and had to manage project with limited time to do so because of the customer demands."
"c3controls has had the mind set of working extra long hours to finish projects that it has become the norm, there is a mandatory 8.5 hour work day but it is "expected" for employees to stay even longer. The people I work with are great but that doesn't make up for the constant negative / fear driven management style by the executives in the company. The balance between personal life and work is not respected in the company, it is difficult to leave early to attend family events but when it is awarded you must make up the hours even if you are salary."
"Nice coworkers/CEO/Mgmt w/ an entitled President who never worked his own way up"
What do you like about working at c3controls?
"Middle management is kind and understanding, most all employees could not be friendlier., although the comradery they share is grounded in their very secretive (but constant) conversations related to their mutual distaste for the President."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Put a good foot forward, show yourself to be personable, and be willing to accept the salary that might not meet your expectations and the job is yours."
What don't you like about working at c3controls?
"Salary is lower than industry averages; commission for sales is unattainable; salary reviews ONLY happen in January of the new year and raises (even 4%) are difficult to come by; no room for upward mobility - very few managerial positions and all are hired from outside or the employee has worked in an entry level position for 7 years+."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop the cheerleading at company meetings and allow your employees to voice their actual opinions and ideas without fear of repercussions."
