One of the drawbacks is the limited availability of acquiring tools such as updated software and machinery, which can lead to projects not coming to fruition."

I was not fully trained in this position which led to my downfall in the company. I had to communicate with customers daily on products I was not trained on fully and had to manage project with limited time to do so because of the customer demands."

"c3controls has had the mind set of working extra long hours to finish projects that it has become the norm, there is a mandatory 8.5 hour work day but it is "expected" for employees to stay even longer. The people I work with are great but that doesn't make up for the constant negative / fear driven management style by the executives in the company. The balance between personal life and work is not respected in the company, it is difficult to leave early to attend family events but when it is awarded you must make up the hours even if you are salary."
