"I started working at Byer California in 2006. It is a great company that has been around for over 50 years. There were lots of opportunities for growth within the company which is why I stayed so long. Not only that but they provided a great work environment for their employees and offered a great pension and profit-sharing plan. Over the past decade, everyone at the company has become more than just co-workers but more of a family. It has saddened me to leave the company during this time."
