From sales, marketing, management, supervisory, budgetary; as a Business Unit Manager, the candidate gets exposed to a more in depth business perspective. Budget limitations are always a concern when managing business, the only part that I felt missing from being a Business Unit Manager, in my case, was the limited access to resources."
