"Dell is constantly cost cutting to remain profitable so there are constant hiring freezes and lay-offs. This adds a certain stress and insecurity, but it is to be expected in this tumultuous economy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Dell's CEO is effective in guiding the company's transformation into a services organization."
What do you like about working at Dell?
"The culture, growth, equal opportunity and skill upgrade along with the company growth."

"The candidate should have very clear concept on the subject and dedicated for the company."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"There is not much growth opportunity and I would like to grow with the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to have solid employee growth plan and skill upgrade opportunity."
What do you like about working at Nestlé?
"I really enjoy working with various Nestle teams, which has given me a strong understanding of Supply Chain. Nestle is a great company with great ethics and social responsibility. When I worked at the headquarters I was able to get involved in multiple programs such as a reading program for local schools. I think it is important for companies to give back and help their community."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Provide details and examples when answering all questions asked by the hiring manager and recruiter."
What don't you like about working at Nestlé?
"I wish I was provided more opportunities that are remote. Unfortunately many managers do not understand what a mutual benefit it is to have some employees work remoteI have proven myself for the last 4 years and the company asked me to stay on when I advised them (provided a 6 month notice) that I will be moving to San Francisco, however no opportunities are being made available to allow me to grow within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To realize that finding a responsible and hard working individual can be difficult, so it is important to re-think and re-analyze their hiring processes. My current job is all done by email and phone since I am working with companies and Nestle contacts all over the United States, there are so many positions within Nestle that are very similar and can be done remote, hence saving the company money for desk space."

What do you like about working at DRS Technologies?
"This was a great opportunity to learn a new system and train current employees."

"DRS moved to Chicago and some positions moved to Cypress, CA. Like any interview, BE PREPARED."
What don't you like about working at DRS Technologies?
"The time I was allowed to learn the new system was short."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The reason for me being at this facility was to prepare them for shutdown and movement to the facility in Chicago. There are no suggestions for management as a great many people lost their jobs."

"Friendly and open, excellent working environment. Management is open and shows company direction clearly."

"Discuss clearly your responsibilities and future advancement opportunity, department structure where you are applying for."

"Current position lucks advancement opportunity. New challenge opportunities are limited."

"Continue excellent open communication. Can provide more advancement opportunities that can improve more motivations."

"It's a great place to work if you can get it."

"It was really easy for them to let people go."

"Boeing does a really good job about feedback. Almost all of the management I encountered was fine, but there were a couple who didn't care and just tried to hide until retirement and another who was a micro-manager, didn't listen and made me consider leaving the company."

"Too many competing priorities. Too casual so sometimes documentation and process are overlooked in order to get quick results to meet dates."

"Implement standard processes for doing work across the company. Make decision-making more straight-forward across the company from top to bottom. Make difficult trade-offs and decisions. Prioritize effectively so there are not many competing priorities at once."
