"The majority of the staff was ninety percent women, very few men in the office I was located."

"Hire a more diverse work force, staffing up with an equal male to female ratio is always nice."

"huge reduction in staff, self-centered, and selfish management. low staff ambition. political."

"provide more employee incentives, motivation and recognition. less hierarchy. more teamwork."

"Their reliance on tools to manage the process. They are preparing to revamp the department with Service Now, which will not help them work more proactively with business partners."

"Way too much time spent assessing blame, no time spent resolving issues."

"I'd suggest replacing the entire executive management team. But perhaps my advice to them would be to actually listen to the people they hire to advise them."
