"Work is kept in perspective. There is an understanding that work is not life. If you do your job well, there is little need to ass-kiss or show off. People notice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company cares for its people as much as it can. The big drawback is the same with any smallish consulting company. The depth of future work isn't there."

What don't you like about working at Axiom xCell?

"I am unsure how long I can stay here without stagnating. I worry about future opportunities. It is a small company dependent on contracts. What if the work isn't there Health insurance could be a bit better and pay could be higher."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not much differently. People are generally happy here. People feel respected."
