"Nothing. theres not even a single point in this company that I like about. There give so much hype about the company and their relationship with the client , I don't think thats true."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"no tips, dont even attend interveiws with this company. if some one from this company calls you better hang your phone."

What don't you like about working at Business Control Systems?

"I used to work for one of the major clients of Business Control systems. Business control system sub contracted the position to another consulting company and I used to work for that company. Business control systems is terrible at making payments. They don't pay you on time. they are always 3-4 months late on payments. I heard from one of my friends saying that after the contract came to an end, they have to give 3-4 months of payment, and they never paid. They talk to the consultant and his manager from time to time, write down notes of each and every word you tell them about your work and make sure that you are meeting the clients expectations, but they don't even bother about that the consultant needs.so friends be aware of this company. better to be with out job one month and find a better one than having a job , and living in frustration about the pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"guys, you start paying your sub contractors on time or better get out of this business."
