"I don't like the Corp Greed. Always getting stabbed in the back. There is no Team at US Bank."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start taking Leadership courses. Drug Testing should be required from all levels of Mgmt."

"The experience of meeting new people every day, going out and looking for new relationships."

"The systems and process are not up to speed with other competitors. Remain patient."
What don't you like about working at Citibank?
"The systems, technology isn't up to date. The company needs to improve on technology"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Making sure its staff stays engaged, and for the branch manager of that branch getting to know employees' strengths and weaknesses."

"The performance pay is mediocre at best. Company needs to pay better to keep talent."

"Its better off if your last name is Japanese. No one in management cares about how hard it is to perform your work duties with the constant changes going on at the bank."

"Too much emphasis on production without real leadership and tools to reach goal"

"Change the corporate culture more employee friendly. Too many employees are stressed out."

"Daily interaction cold calling/canvassing and working with small business owners and bank branch managers working on clients and trying to bring over full banking relationships."

"Divisions have become 'cliquey' and there is some internal favoritism which I do not agree with."

"Take out the frienship aspect as this needs to be a professional environment not a fraternity/sorority."
