And investing in their employees. How ever, without bring areas of improvement to employees and doing what they can to help improve employees. They just lay you off or get rid of you. The sense of family and value of employees that is so important to buildgroup. Is non existent. This is all led by the executives who do not follow through with their own mission. Everyone is expendable. The simplest way to put it is. If you are not part of the fraternity or best friends with the executives. They don’t care about you at all."

They make you work overtime with no payment (event Saturdays and Sundays), at the end your effort is not recognized directly from you but from others and the way most of the high positions people is just to blame people instead of looking for a solution."
