"I worked for BT since 2008. I initially started with INS doing Professional services. However, INS was bought by BT and I remain performing professional services. The work I did as an augment was great. The company I worked for used quite a few BT employees and had a great working relationship."

"It is multinational company so more oppertunities to grow and expand your experties."

"At the time of interview clearly understand your description, Ask question to hiring manager about you job responsibilites."

"Since it is huge company and I have been working in setlite office therefore, less attention on the employees."

"More interactions and affective communication with the employees, Proper clear policies and expectiations from employees."

"After 27 years of being an FTE, working for BT INS as a consultant is a bit of a culture shock. Working as a consultant is like having two masters, If you enjoy the consulting lifestyle, then BT is a good place to work. If not, keep looking for a direct hire position."

"Being a large European corporation, the flexibility in working from home and other initiatives to promote a not only green energy work environment but a true balance between work and family was extraordinary. It was very inspiring, I feel my productivity was increased and always at its peak as a result."

"BT allows employees to Telecommute. Also, great friendly and professional enviroment. Fun employees. Great cafe and lunch room!"

"There isn't many things I don't like about the company, however the grave Yard shift is always a bit challenging."

"To try to incorporate more team meetings to identify potential issues and for better development of the team."

"Since I interviewed with the original company that was purchased I have no insight into how BT interviews."

What don't you like about working at BT Group?

"The company was in a constant state of flux as it absorbed the company I had previously worked for that it had absorbed (Radianz). Direction changed from day-to-day."

"Cost containment is important, but a better balance between cost containment and maintaining strong in-house skill sets needs to be achieved."
