"Since I interviewed with the original company that was purchased I have no insight into how BT interviews."

What don't you like about working at BT Group?

"The company was in a constant state of flux as it absorbed the company I had previously worked for that it had absorbed (Radianz). Direction changed from day-to-day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cost containment is important, but a better balance between cost containment and maintaining strong in-house skill sets needs to be achieved."
