"The company employed up to 550 employees until the were merged with BT in 2001. The technology was always 10 years behind modern times until 2005, but as the technology was upgraded the company downsized all the departments."

"I worked at BT for 4 years and during those I learned a lot of new skills and technologies. Overall, working for BT was a good experience. I worked in a a small within a larger group, that was responsible for circuit infrastructure. My fellow co-workers were all pretty much experienced and dedicated to keeping our dept functioning properly. I was able to work on several projects including the past Olympic games. I was able to meet a lot of new people who were my counterparts from the UK."

What do you like about working at BT Group?

"I like the positive, high -energy environment. Very helpful coworkers and management always willing to help each other."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You have to be proffessional and have good troubleshooting knowledge and customer service skills."

What don't you like about working at BT Group?

"After being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company, I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Employee recognition and proper training for new employees would be my suggestion to improve the teamwork in a specific department."

"It is multinational company so more oppertunities to grow and expand your experties."

"At the time of interview clearly understand your description, Ask question to hiring manager about you job responsibilites."

What don't you like about working at BT Group?

"Since it is huge company and I have been working in setlite office therefore, less attention on the employees."

"More interactions and affective communication with the employees, Proper clear policies and expectiations from employees."
