"Nothing"

"Short term place to work. They like to keep you on probation. I think that way you never get benefits that they talk about. They talk about making bonus. No one has ever made the bonus. Only one making bonus is the office mgr. Not the brokers."

"Long hours without compensation. Being treated like a second class citizen."

"Treat people like you want to be treated."

"Was closer to my house then previous job."

"Stay away. Work two jobs else where. You will have a better quality life. More money in your pocket."
What don't you like about working at JRC Logistics?
"Not honest with their employees. Long hours. They make it a salary position, and work you 12 hour days. Also work you on Saturdays. All you are is a telemarketer. Want you to be on two phones at once. They want you to lie to the carrier to book a load."

"Hire enough people to get the job done. Stop managing by intimidation."
