"I like the sales and negotiation aspect of my company. Interacting with CEO's and CFO's on a daily basis and helping them renegotiate their new lease or relocate"

"Be open and honest with who you are and it you think you can make it in CRE, do it."

"The only aspect I do not like about commercial real estate is the 100% commission aspect, unfortunately, that is the way this business operates"

"great employees who worked together and made the company grow but ceo cfo brought it down into bankruptcy."

"Pleease dont deal with tiop level managers that have worked ast Refco because they went to MF Global and brought that down."

"dont hide your trading losseds of 450 million dollars so when you go public in August and then bankrupt in October"

"I would advise them to do there homework before interviewing with this and any other company."

"Not being informed of non-compliant files and agent activities because I was fully responsible for the agents actions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To take into consideration the actions of the agents are the responsibility of the acting broker so therefor the manager should immediately inform the broker of all known non-compliant dealings."

"working with people. it is very casual and laid back at times so we have a lot of laughs."

"you will be a broker forever. there isn't really a ladder to climb, just more commission if you work hard."

"every day is the same and there is no room for growth. it is also very stressful because we are competing with other brokers."

"Unstability of the marketplace. The company is great. The housing industry is becoming more and more complicated and the liability is too great."

"Paperwork on transactions needs to be more comprehensive. Add another Transaction Coordinator to communicate with the agents."
