"Independence and ability to do skunk works projects - work outside the schedule. Also the inclusion of support with development, to see and understand user issues."

"As in any small company make sure the personalities and culture are comfortable to you."

"The scheduling and financial frustration of doing software/hardware R & D in a cash flow environment that can barely afford it."

"Not much. They had and have a good idea but the development time and costs almost killed them. It definitely cost me my job."
