"I greatly enjoyed my time with B360. I kind of outgrew the company, the kind of work they were doing, and their pay scale, but it is an outstanding company."

QA Engineer

"This is a company that earns a successful reputation in working hard and fighting if needed to get the job well done."

What do you like about working at Bridge360?

"I like the community there. It's ticht knit without being invasive. I find the other staff helpful when it comes to obtaining guidence when I have a question or a problem. If they don't know the answer, they've got a good suggestion on where to start looking. Also if there is something that is needed, then you're free to speak up and voice any concerns."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is a company that works extremely hard to maintain their success and they've done so for the past 6 years that I've known them. My advice is that you show them that you are someone who calls it like it is, who has integrity, and who is willing to do whatever it takes to make the project successful. Don't be afraid to be bold and run legitimate, rational issues up the chain. If you can show that you can manage upward with a view towards the company's and the client's success, then you're in solid. In short, play it straight forward and do it proactively. You'll be successful."

What don't you like about working at Bridge360?

"I don't think there's much that I don't like about working there. I just wish they'd find me another project to work on!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'll admit that there have been a few minor mistakes on my part because I didn't obtain enough data to make the right decision and that things on the client side have been tense. But there were a few times where I feared for my job because I felt that the response to my misunderstandings were a bit over-hammered."

"Allowed for flexibility to take on different roles after each project was completed."
