"BP Independent Reprographic was the one company that allowed me to advance to a managerial position where I can run my own department individually. The work environment was great. Employees to Managers had great interpersonal skill. I enjoyed coming to work."

"Although the company location and workers were great, the pay did not match my predisessor nor was there any intent to modify this issue. Was expected to execute work after hour and on your free time with no compensation."

"I suggested a different way of managing file processes and data entre/storage. This was immediately adopted granted it was working as planned through my department."
