"Autonomy and responsibility, working environment. International assignments and compensation and benefits."

"None. The HR department is fairly computer automated and it is hard to actually get an interview."

What don't you like about working at BP?

"Upward mobility and being left 'on the bench' for up to a year between jobs"

"None. They seem to be insulated and their open door policy is ambiguous at best."

"I liked the people and costumers everyone was always so nice."

"There was really nothing that I did not like about the company."

"I can't think of any suggestions for management because I only worked there a few months and everything was great."

"Do your homework and try having them run some test jobs first to check their quality and turn around."

"It is challenging not being able to manage my jobs in person and the extra time for shipping."

"To train the Account Managers to be more proactive and assertive."

"Keep going in that way...! The team work grows working together"

"Do not like anything out here. Want to move out at the earliest."

"Would have gone for an inclusive approach & would not have acted as a dictator"

"none at this time, just know you technology. Many tools and strategy's in place."

What don't you like about working at BP?

"lack of direction , we never had clear direction as to w2hich direction to go. We keep having almost daily changing priorities, I am ok with change and having changing directions but we never could finish anything, It was do to one company purchasing the other and this just keep changing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Live up to promises made, we someone in an upper level position says they are going to do something for you, and they commit to doing it. It should get done. They should not only give lip service to shut a person up, they should not commit then and agree to find out more information."

What do you like about working at BP?

"I like working with the public and being responsible for daily operations and the employees."

"Do not expect benefits or raises. If you are just starting out in management it is a great opportunity."

What don't you like about working at BP?

"I do not like the lack of vacation time or benefits and since I am the manager I have no room to grow."

"It would be helpful if raises were given more often or ever."
